Dave Willink
Owner, Pharm.D.
Born and raised in Baldwin, he graduated from University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2004. He and his wife, Susie, live in Baldwin with their four children. They have owned Village Pharmacy since 2012.
Dave became interested in pharmacy in high school and started working at Village Pharmacy his senior year, worked as a pharmacy technician in college, and began his career as a staff pharmacist upon graduating from the U of M. He spends most of his time at the Main Street store in Baldwin but you can also see him the other two locations every once in a while.

Kevin Melby

Lives in New Richmond with his wife, Christine, and his three grown children. He graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy in 1994. Kevin is a member of the United Methodist Church in New Richmond. He enjoys camping, fishing, woodworking, cutting firewood, and raising sheep with his daughters and steers with his son for their 4H projects.
Kevin manages the Baldwin location.

Carrie Schmidt

Hello, my name is Carrie Schmidt. I grew up in a small town in Minnesota. I attended University of St. Thomas in St. Paul for my undergraduate studies. I then attended the University of Minnesota -College of Pharmacy and earned my Doctorate of Pharmacy degree in the year 2000. I have worked in retail pharmacy since then, taking a short break to raise and homeschool my children. I met my husband in High School and have two grown children. I enjoy the small town, personal service that Village Pharmacy demonstrates. It is a great family friendly business that I am very lucky to be a part of.
Roni Devlin

My name is Roni Devlin. I began working in a small hometown pharmacy when I was in high school, as a clerk. It was that pharmacist who encouraged me to pursue a career in pharmacy. I graduated pharmacy school at UW Madison in 1992. I have worked in retail pharmacy since then. I live in Woodville with my husband, Jim, and have two grown children. I’m honored to be managing at the Glenwood location, and look forward to serving you and your family. I like to help people on their journey to better health and encourage you to ask questions and seek recommendations from us. Pharmacists offer a lot of knowledge and skills and can contribute to your health care team in a very positive way.

Kristen Huber

My name is Kristen Huber. I grew up on a farm in Kirkland, IL. I got my Bachelors in Chemistry from Carthage College in 2011, then I graduated with my PharmD from Concordia University Wisconsin Pharmacy School in 2015. After pharmacy school I completed a PGY-1 Community Pharmacy Residency in Madison at the SSM Health Clinic.
I started my pharmacy career at Marshland Pharmacy in Horicon for four years. I loved working at a rural independent pharmacy. I also worked for Pick’N Save and CVS. And I’m so excited to be working for the Village Pharmacy now! After being at the Village Pharmacy Ellsworth and Baldwin for a few years, I am proud to manage the Ellsworth location. I live in Ellsworth with my husband, Hank, and daughter, Hannah. I enjoy spending time with my family and my dog, Brady. I also love to bake treats!

Lisa Knutson
Operations Manager
Raised on a farm east of River Falls, I graduated from River Falls High School and earned a B.A. in Business (Accounting emphasis) from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. I later completed an MBA at Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee (2007). My career has been rooted in pharmacy operations and administration.
I began my career in South Minneapolis as an assistant manager with Butler Drug and Snyder Drug, then joined Erickson’s Diversified in Hudson, supporting grocery store and pharmacy operations across Minnesota and western Wisconsin.
After meeting my husband, Kevin, and starting our family, I joined the Village Pharmacy in Baldwin in 1997. As the business has grown, my responsibilities have evolved from bookkeeping to Operations Manager. I am also a Wisconsin-licensed Health, Life & Accident insurance agent (licensed 2025) and the founder of Eira Consulting, LLC. Through Eira Consulting, I partner with Village Pharmacy to help individuals, families, and businesses navigate insurance options, including benefits packages.
Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, crocheting, and spending time with our dogs and our beautiful family, including our granddaughter! I am in the Village Pharmacy Baldwin office on weekdays and can assist with questions related to Medicare, durable medical equipment billing, and PBMs. I have served on the Village of Baldwin Board of Trustees, the St. Croix County Economic Development Corporation Board, and the Peace Lutheran Church Board of Trustees, served as a Wisconsin delegate for the National Community Pharmacists Association in 2025, and I currently serve on the Baldwin-Woodville Community Education Advisory Board.

Laura
Front End Manager, Baldwin Location
Laura is the Front-End Manager at Village Pharmacy in Baldwin. She was born at Baldwin Hospital and grew up in River Falls, then later in Washington State. She spent summers visiting her grandparents, who are lifelong Baldwin area residents. After experiencing life on the West Coast, Laura moved back to the area with her two children, craving the small-town feel she remembered from her childhood.
She enjoys helping people and oversees the medical equipment and retail areas to ensure they have everything needed to provide the best care. With a background in customer service and retail, Laura works hard to ensure that every customer at the pharmacy is served with care and compassion. When she isn’t working, Laura enjoys baking, crafting, reading, and spending time with her teenagers when they're around.
